First Card app allows cardholders to view transactions and invoices for First Card and to get in touch with Customer Service. When using those services the terms and conditions of First Card apply. For information about processing of personal data we refer you to those terms and conditions.

First Card app requires access to Internet to be able to collect your information from Nordea´s systems and servers.

The app processes the following personal data: IP-addresses – To be able to prevent and investigate attempts criminal attacks and incidents the app collects information about IP-addresses. The information is also used for web analysis. The information can be shared with authorities if required. The processing of personal data may also take place, within the limits for the current confidentiality regulations, by other companies within the Nordea Group and other companies with which the Group co-operates in its operations. Nordea Bank AB is the controller of the personal data processed in the app.
