First things first

Your First Card is a charge card connected to Mastercard or VISA to give you the best coverage - both at home and while abroad. It is by default an unlimited card, but we do apply security parameters to protect you in case your card is stolen. If you plan to make a larger purchase than usual, please contact customer service beforehand.

The app (iOS and Android) puts you in complete control. View transactions, manage your card’s functionality, check your insurance cover and get easy access to customer service. Receive notifications when a purchase has been made with your card and view your transactions even before you've received your invoice.

My Card Online

Get access to your invoices and view all card transactions. View your two-year transaction history (only one year in the app) and export selected transactions to Excel format, if you wish. You can also send secure messages with attachments to customer service. Log in at the top of this page.

Contactless and mobile payments

Your card is ready for contactless payments by tapping it against any contactless payment terminal. You can also enroll your card with your favourite payment app on your smartphone.
