What is First Card Executive?
First Card Executive is developed for you who want a little extra. The card brings you significant benefits such as lounge access at airports, personal Concierge service all over the world, comprehensive travel insurance as well as high-quality magazines and a dedicated hot line to First Card Customer Service.
Is lounge access included?
Yes! In airport lounges our partner Priority Pass offers what is often missing during a long journey - namely a possibility to relax. You avoid the chaos at the entrance halls and have the possibility to work in peace should you wish to do so. Priority Pass lounge offer Internet connection and negotiation rooms.
In fact, you have unlimited access to more than 1.000 VIP lounges in over 500 cities worldwide. You have access regardless of
- which airline you travel with
- which ticket class you travel in (Economy or Business)
- whether you travel for business or pleasure

You can also order the lounge information of lounges in a particular airport via SMS. You need to send the three-letter airport code as an SMS message to the number +44 7624 809977. You find the airport code on your flight ticket or you may ask for it the nearest officer at the airport. For example, by sending an SMS LHR you will receive the lounges at London Heathrow airport. The cost of the service is the regular international (UK) price debitied by your own telephone operator.

What terms and conditions apply when using Priority Pass?
Priority Pass Lounge access is governed by the following rules:
- A valid Priority Pass card and a valid airline ticket need to be shown
- Be prepared to show your identification card
- The cardholder has unlimited access to the lounges
- We debit EUR 24 per any guest directly on the card invoice
What is the Concierge & Travel Service?
Concierge Service is your personal assistant 24/7. It makes your life easier on travels and at home. Whether you are in your Nordic country of residence or abroad, you can reach Concierge Service at the same number you'd use at home. The service is free of charge for First Card Executive customers and all service costs incurred (e.g. cost of flights booked through the service) are directly debited to the First Card Executive card.
Concierge Service can take care of both smaller and bigger assignments both on business or pleasure, for example:
- order tickets to a theatre or concert
- reserve a table in a restaurant
- book a trip
- reserve a car hire
- provide an interpreter
- send flowers
- buy gifts
- find a repairman
The Concierge Service helps you in all practical matters, allowing you to concentrate on your work. The Concierge Service also assists if something unexpected happens and you need, for example, towing service, medical advice or legal help. Concierge Service can provide help in different kinds of emergencies both at home and abroad.
