Where can I use First Card?

First Card is connected to Mastercard and works in practically every point of sale, bank office and ATM around the world equipped with the Mastercard logo.

How do I increase my limit?

If you need to make a bigger purchase than usual, please get in touch with our customer support (you can find our contact details further down the page). If your employer has chosen a limit for your card it is the employer who needs to contact customer support or a dedicated bank advisor to increase the limit.

Can I withdraw cash with First Card?

You can withdraw cash in all Mastercard/VISA-labeled ATMs. Please refer to local pages for local pricing information.

What should I consider before travelling?

Please remember to open your card geographically depending on where you are travelling and closing it again when you are back home. This is easily done through First Card app in real time (only applicable in Finland and Sweden at the moment, please reach out to customer service if you live in Denmark or Norway).
