How do I log-in to First Card app?

Starting 21.11.2019, you can log in to First Card app using your bank codes, instead of creating a four-digit code in My Card Online. First Card app will prompt you to allow the app to take you to the authentication where you pick the bank that you want to use for logging in. We welcome any feedback regarding the log-in process as this will be the new way of logging in going forward.

Where can I view my card transactions?

You can find your card transactions in the First Card app or My Card Online after logging in through the upper right corner.

What are the benefits with First Card app?

In the app you are able to:

  • activate your card
  • open and close your card
  • view your invoices and see which ones are invoiced/un-invoiced
  • view and fetch transactions per category (up to 12 months worth of data is stored in the app)
  • find more information about the insurance and the card
  • contact customer support through secure messaging
  • adjust your settings in real time such as where in the world the card can be used (available only in Sweden and Finland at the moment) and open your card for Internet purchases (Sweden)

To what devices can I download First Card app?

First Card app is available for both Apple and Android devices. Please log in using your local authentication method. The language you've chosen for your device determines the language of the app.

What is My Card Online?

My Card Online is an online service available through the First Card pages. You can log in through the upper right corner.

In My Card Online you are able to:

  • view transactions and invoiced purchases/withdrawals already before the invoice arrives
  • view transactions and invoice archive for the past 24 months
  • view purchases according to set criteria such as a certain time interval
  • contact customer support through secure messaging
  • adjust your settings in real time such as where in the world the card can be used (available only in Sweden and Finland at the moment)

Tip: Transactions can also be exported to Excel. Simply mark the transactions you'd like to export and hit the Excel-button.
