How many times can I enter the wrong PIN code before the card is blocked?

The card is automatically blocked after three failed consecutive attempts to enter the PIN code during the life span of the card. Please get in touch with us through First Card app, My Card Online or by calling our customer support (contact details can be found further down the page) if this happens.

How do I log in to My Card Online?

Please look for the login button in the upper right corner and follow the instructions.

I don't have a Nordic social security number (SSN). How do I log in?

Please get in touch with us through First Card app, My Card Online or by calling our customer support (contact details can be found further down the page) if you would like to start using our online services without a Nordic SSN.
