How do I log in to First Card app?

Use your social security number and the national authentication method that is prompted in the First Card app.

The language you've chosen for your device determines the language of the app.

Where can I view my card purchases?

You can find your card purchases in the First Card app or our online service.

Why should I use First Card app?

In the app you can

  • activate your card
  • manage your personal settings for you card
  • view your invoices and see all your purchases
  • view and fetch purchases per category (up to 12 months worth of data is stored in the app)
  • find more information about the insurance and the card
  • contact customer support through secure messaging
  • manage safety settings for your card, e.g. enable online purchases(available only in Sweden) and choose to block your card for purchases in specific regions(available only in Sweden and Finland at the moment). If your card is missing, you can temporarily disable your card!
  • get notifications from the app whenever your First card is used

To what devices can I download First Card app?

First Card app is available for both Apple and Android devices. Please log in using your local authentication method. The language you've chosen for your device determines the language of the app.

What can you use the online service for?

In our online service you are able to:

  • view purchases and invoices already before the invoice arrives
  • view purchase and invoice history from the past 24 months
  • view and fetch purchases and withdrawals per category or time interval
  • contact customer support through secure messaging
  • manage safety settings for your card, e.g. enable online purchases(available only in Sweden) and choose to block your card for purchases in specific regions(available only in Sweden and Finland at the moment).

Tip: All your purchases can also be exported to Excel. Simply mark the purchases you'd like to export and hit the Excel-button.

How do I log in to our online service?

Please look for the login button in the upper right corner and follow the instructions. Log in by using your local authentication method.

I don't have a Nordic social security number (SSN). How do I log in?

Please get in touch by calling our customer support (contact details can be found further down the page) if you would like to start using our online services without a Nordic SSN.
